Please ensure you:

• Tell us your mobile phone number – or a home or work phone number where we can definitely reach you immediately (no answerphones or voicemails please!)
• Bring the key to your locking wheels nuts (if applicable).
• Bring your service book (if applicable).
• Have enough fuel in your car. It sounds obvious but you'd be surprised. Sometimes people bring in their car with the fuel tank virtually empty and the fuel light flashing!

• Please collect your car within 24 hours of us telling you that it's ready.
• Payment: we accept major debit and credit cards, and larger payments by bank transfer. Sorry, we no longer accept cash.
